  1. Karri, when you say Richland store, is that the one on Lee or Gage?

  2. FYI: On the Zone bars…the coupon in the 10/31 SS exp 12/31/10.

Love the great deals this week 😀

  3. elizabeth says:

i am wondering if anyone else has had trouble with the cashier not taking your doubler for like the lightbulbs bc the remaining amount after the coupon is only .49 sense? shouldn’t they be able to adjust the doubler to make it free? Does anyone have a coupon policy for albertsons i have even called and asked for one but never received any response?

  4. The coupon for the veggies in the booklet is a store coupon, therefore, you can’t double it.

  5. I went at lunch to buy Ronzoni Garden delight Pasta ($2.19) with my $1/1 coupon + doubler. On some of the boxes there is a $1/1 peelie for Classico Sauces ($2.00). I bought 2 jars of sauce and a box of pasta for $0.19 OOP.

  6. Albies on Gage Blvd. let me double the store coupon for the veggies, no problem! But they wouldn’t take the coupon for the lightbulbs b/c it’s the wrong kind (the ones on sale). Elizabeth – the cashier should know that they just type in the 49 cents for the doubler rather than one dollar! That’s basic doubler stuff!! If the amount of the item is less than the amount of the coupon doubled, they type in the amount you need to make it free. It’s a standard procedure…

Anyone know where the coupon for the colgate toothpaste is? I have searched and searched my 1/9 SS and can’t find it! Thanks!!

  7. Sorry, but I can’t find the Kettle chips coupon that is supposed to be in the 1/30 RP insert either. What is wrong with my inserts this week??? Thx!

  8. Lora, I couldn’t find the Kettle Chips either. The toothpaste was back in the 1/2 SS I think, but there was also a recent one in either 1/23 or 1/30 for 75/1. My problem was I couldn’t find the toothpaste for $1.50, so I couldn’t make the deal happen even with the coupon.

  9. I guess there is no more French’s mustard Q. Just one for dipping sauce. And Barrilla Plus is gone too.

  10. thanks Karrie for clarifying the store. I go to Lee’s because you liked it. And they are Q friendly there. But I find that some of your unadvertised sales that you post are different when I get there. This happened a couple weeks ago. Is it possible that you catch something that is just good for a couple of days? It was a Worstershire deal you had, and I even had her scan it to double check the price and it was not the price you said. Just wondering.

    • The last time I did my big ole doubler ideas matchups they were having 4 days of doublers I think starting on Wednesday. So I went to do my big ole’ matchups on Tuesday (but realized the next day that a lot of the unadvertised prices might have possibly changed on Wednesday). So this time I went on Wednesday to get my big ole post done…

On the Worstershire sauce did you pick the smallest one? Make sure and look for the smallest size of the items available. Now I will tell you I do make a few mistakes sometimes — I spend a good 2+ hours in store and then another 3 hours typing up this one albertson’s doubler post…so things start to look a little fuzzy afterwhile..haha.

      Happy doubler shopping.

  11. how does the chicken strip deal work?

  12. @Lora
There are 2 Red Plum inserts this for 1/30, you need to look for the “Game Day” one, it has the Kettle Chips on the inside of the 1st page.

  13. any one know if the gatorade prime is free there is adollar off on a teard pad found at albertsons and there 10 for 10 so you use ten of them there free right

    • If it says $10 for 10 you don’t have to buy 10…you can buy 2 and it will still be $1.00.

Yes. if you use that tearpad you will get FREE gatorade prime!! 🙂 Nice find.

  14. My Zone coupons from 10/31 say they expire on 12/10. Are yours different or has anybody had these scan correctly?

  15. I saw that Sabra hummus products are $3.99 and BOGO free. I have a $1/1 from smart source, 2 sundays ago, i think? With a double that makes 2 tubs for $1.99. Jose Ole taquitos are $3.99. use $1/1 from and double. =$1.99.

And by the way, if you want some really cheap pistachios, i would save that coupon for Safeway. They are BOGO free @ $3.99 and there is an in ad coupon for $1/2, match with MC and you get two bags for $1.99 =)

ANd the mission coupon is NLA. =(

  16. Today i got Stayfree Pads $ 2.29 and used my bogo coupon. So I got 2 packages for $ 2.29. A great price to stock up.

  17. Kelly Nitcher says:

FYI to all of the Seattle/Tacoma couponers…. The colgate toothpaste coupon was regional for Eastern WA… but we have a .75/1 in OUR 1/30 SS 🙂

  18. I just did this deal at my Albs:
Crest Pro-Health For Me toothpaste $2.50
    use $1/1 + doubler
    = .50

  19. Kelly Nitcher says:

    One more thing I just noticed…. Seattle/Tacoma…. Gold n Soft Margarine we ALSO have a $1.50/2 coupon in our 11/21 SS…. Buy 2 for $3 use $1.50 + doubler = .50/2 or .25 each!! 🙂

  20. Can you double just $1 of a coupon that’s over $1? I have never tried but didn’t think it was allowed.

  21. Kelly Nitcher says:

Karrie…. my Albie’s does it for me all the time…. hopefully they’ll continue to do it too!!! lol

    • Kelly, yeah, it says very clearly on the doubler itself that you can only double a coupon $1.00 or less…so the only reason they would double a higher value is if the cashier wasn’t used to the doubler system.
