  1. Beware that their are very specific select items that can not be identified by the tiny add, for Birds eye frozen meals. I bought the ones marked sale. I spent $10, did not get $3off, also, tollhouse cookie dough, bought specific oz specifications and $10 worth and did not get $3. I am taking them back in tomorrow to ask which are the specific items and return/exchange for the proper items.

  2. Karrie — FYI: The second link that you put for the granola bars is no longer working. Crazy enough…I printed a bunch of the coupons in the morning and by mid day they had pulled the coupon. Luckily, a friend still had it up on her computer and emailed me the link to share with others.

    http://www.quakeroats.com/Libraries/promotions/Quaker_chewy_1dollaroff_coupon.sflb.ashx

This is a great coupon because there is NO printing limit!!!

  3. I forgot to mention that the coupon does expire on the 10th — so hurry in!!!

  4. The $3 is off $10 worth of participating items, not 10 items.

  5. I had trouble with the cookie dough one too. I took the receipt over to the customer service desk and they gave me back $3.25 cash. They mentioned that not all the items in the ad are linking in for the $3 savings.

  6. They took care of me at Pasco Albies. Like Sheena said some things are not calculating right. I had bought the correct amount etc…

  7. Does anyone know if you can do all in 1 transaction and receive multiple $3 discounts? If I spend $20 on mix n match will they take off $6? I’ve heard rumors that this might be possible.

    • Yes you can do multiple sets in the same transaction..just watch the total as it sounds like Albies might have some tech diffuculties with their machines not taking off all the promos. It works with the quaker — I did 5 sets at once each taking $5 off.

  8. I assumed that was possible Sheena, but maybe that was what was wrong with my reciept. I did it all in one transaction and only $3 came off when $12 should have. The staff couldnt understand why it didnt all come off. I was reimbursed.

  9. The 4/$10 on the honey bears is great too because on the back of the bears are $1 off coupon – that works out to about $.75 a honey bear.
The bears are located at the front of the store (gage and leslie).

I was told that you teach classes on how to coupon. If so, how could I arrange to have a class for myself and a bunch of my friends?

  10. Nicki Davis says:

I used 2 $3 off Quatro razors coupons, They were 2/$10 with an additional $3 off. So I got them 2/$1. 🙂
    Nicki

  11. ALBERTSON’S DOUBLERS!!! I nearly missed them on page B5 of the TCH!!!

  12. I am really new to this coupon business but I would love to scoop up the great deal on granola bars. I printed the $1 off 2 coupon and it says “limit one per specified items purchased” so does this just get $1 off 2 boxes or $1 off for every 2 boxes you buy? This is great stuff! Thanks for sharing!

  13. Was their double coupons this week of November 15 Sunday Newspaper??

  14. Amanda Russell says:

I went to Albretsons for the first time couponing. I found the doubler coupons while a great deal are a bit of a pain. The cashiers said that I could only use three at a time and then had to go to a different register.
Also I was wondering on the Quaker products 5/$5 if coupons could indeed be used as well?
One more question when I am using the in store manufactuer coupon such as the one in this Sundays paper for peanut butter can I use a coupon from the newspaper as well as the doubler coupon? I am still trying to figure out how all this works. It seems overwhelming right now and am hoping as I become more experienced it will become easier.

    Thanks,
    Amanda
