Hi Karrie! Thank you for all the wonderful matchups! I noticed you have the suggestion to double the catalina on the rubermaid deal, were you able to do this recently? I was told at the Lee store that they got an e-mail from corporate that said they couldn’t do that anymore even though it states “manufacturer’s coupon”. :(

I ran into this several times last week.

The Lee store will not double a printed catalina even if it is a “manufacturer coupon” because it takes too much time to see what item it is applied against. Why? Their policy states that they cannot double a coupon that exceeds the cost of the item. Taking these against higher priced items is within thier policy but would slow down the checkstands.

I have been told at the Gage store that they cannot double the catalinas because they say “do not double”. Others may be getting different answers but this is what I’ve been told, twice.

Thank you Connie! Did you try e-mailing corporate? I love the cashiers at that store and dont want anyone to get in trouble but it seems like we arent breaking any rules by doubling the CAT so why is it ok that are they being refused. They double all coupons even if they state “Do not Double” because of the Twice The Value wording.

I haven’t personally tried but have heard many shoppers in other regions have been able to. I think it’s a gray area and stores can choose to not to accept them doubled. Even if you can’t the rubbermaid deal is still hot! :)

I had the cashier ask me if I wanted to double a catalina at the Lee store just last week. I didn’t realize I could until she said something.

Do you know if you can use the $5 Gift Card Mall from the Glade on the Itunes card and get another $5 CAT?

If you buy the Glade items again you should get another catalina, even if you are also buying an itunes gift card in the same transaction.

I think she meant 11/16. If you check the insert preview at the Westcoastclippping Facebook page it looks like we are getting another GM insert this Sunday.

Another freebie is the season’s delight cool whip. I’m not sure if the coupon is still available, but there was a printable for it $0.75/1 not too long ago and it is priced at $1.50. They have a new chocolate variety too! I purchased the french vanilla.

The Clearwater store in Kennewick will double your catalinas as long as they do not say store coupon on the top.
