In this Sunday’s Albertson’s Ad we are getting 3 “Twice the Value” Coupons to use for 3 days (Sunday – Tuesday). Prices may vary from store to store on unadvertised deals.
I am originally form Yakima but have been going to college in Idaho. Anyway I am home for a while and I was wondering how the Albertsons here do double coupons. I assume it is the standard 3 in a transaction but I was wondering if they have the doublers for you? In Nampa, ID they have them all at the register and you can use as many as you need and don’t have to go buy a ton of papers. Is that how it works here? or do you have to use your own? Thanks for the help.
Sarah – I used to live in and coupon in Yakima and visit Nampa often – in Nampa they do that b/c it’s right across from Walmart and people will take TONS of the doublers and use them at Walmart b/c they will honor them there. So, the Albertson’s in Nampa holds them back so people don’t take advantage of their deal. Most other Albertson’s seem to have them at the service counter either out for you to grab or you just need to ask for them.
@Sarah – the last few weeks I have been able to get 3 sets of doublers at a time from the customer service desk. I have not seen them available at the registers here in Yakima. I usually go to the one on 16th so I am not sure how the one on 40th gives them out. 2 weeks ago I heard several employees talking about the doublers and they said it was policy to give anyone 3 sets if they ask for them.
Does anyone know which Albertson’s in the Tri-Cities carries the Oscar Mayer Sandwich Combos? I have (5) $1.00 off coupons for the sandwich combos only.. and would like to use them for the Oscar Mayer sale…and they are even shown in the ad. I searched high and low at the Richland Albertson’s and didn’t find any. Thanks in advance.
just a heads up..I found a blinkie at CVS FOR $.75/1 ANY twizzler 10 oz or ;arger.
at my Albertson’s they are on sale for $1.88 so with doublers……$.38!!!!
Thanks Jackie! I tried the Lee store, then Pasco…and I couldn’t find them. I only saw the sub sandwich ones, not the sandwich combos, then I called Kennewick and NOPE…so I called Gage and they said they had a few left – and they did! Whew!
Just an FYI, I tried the Old Spice scenario today with the 3 deodorants with 3 free body washes and the P & G catalina for $5 off when you spend $20 did not print. Still a pretty good deal overall, but I was definitely bummed that the catalina didn’t print. =( I think maybe this promo ended. Not sure though…
With the doubler coupons it says “3 per transaction” does that mean they will let you split up the order to use multiple sets? I have 9 and want to use them all but I’m not sure if I need to bring my husband with me or not.
Yes, you can split up your doubler transactions – you can usually do 3 sets of doublers and then you have to go out to the car (and come back in ) to use more.
