Free Dental Care for Kids

Have you heard of the Give Kids a Smile program? Its awesome!

Each year on the first Friday in February, thousands of the nation’s dentists and their dental team members provide free oral health care services to children from low-income families across the country.

To find your nearest participating program click here . You may want to call the main phone number for your states dental Association as many participating locations arent shown.

For local Tricitians: on Saturday February 6, the two pediatric dentists from Advanced Pediatrics Dental in Pasco, WA will be participating in Give Kids a Smile from 8 am to 12 noon.  It is a free dental clinic for UNINSURED children 8th grade and younger.  The address is 7425 Wrigley Drive suite 201 Pasco, WA 99301.  It is first come first serve but you can call to make an appointment at 509-543-4948.

  1. Thanks to all volunteer dentists that took a part or plan to take in this great event! Free dental care, especially for kids, is really necessary these days. I think it will be also interesting to find more free dental care events on http://worldental.org, site that reports regularly about that.
