    Newspaper Coupon Spreadsheets

Happymoneysaver reader Meri has created these printable coupon insert data sheets. These are all of our local coupons typed up into spreadsheets that you can print out to either take along with you when you go shopping, or to add to your coupon binders. Her lists come from the Tri-City Herald, which has the same inserts as Spokane, Yakima and all other Eastern WA areas.

Wow, that’s neat! I’m in Western, WA. so I think we get slightly different inserts…but this would be so handy.

Hi Karrie. Do you know of any couponers that do this list in Western WA? Or maybe some ladies would want to help me keep up on making a list to share? If we could get 4-5 ladies we could each just be responsible for one week a month? My job never has a predictable schedule, so I couldn’t commit to doing it every week. But it would be FABULOUS to have one for all of us Western WA couponers!!!

I’m trying to access the spreadsheet and cannot see anything past row 101. I’ve tried to download Google Chrome and it still doesn’t work. Any help? Thank you so much for all that you do. I really rely on your website for my couponing.

Connie, I print the individual insert lists and keep them in my binder with the inserts, and cross the coupons off as I use them. I use the complete list when I’m looking to see if I have a coupon for something, as well as figuring out what insert that coupon is in. I check the “expiring soon” list for coupons that I want to be sure I use, even if the items aren’t at their lowest price.
    Hope that helps! =)

This is great! Being the nerd that I am and a skeptic husband I will use it to show how I used the coupon to save, i.e., doubled to make a free item, or saved $2, put a total saved column on it and at the end of the month/year show how much I saved. Thanks for sharing.

Do you know anyone who does this in VA/Washington DC metro area? Also, who is using this on their iPad and what other apps do you use to make your shopping list and detailed coupon list? Thanks ladies :)

Amazing!! For the past 3 years I’ve been so frustrated that the Yakima Herald Republic doesn’t always carry the same coupons that I see from the afullcup.com coupon data base. I was about to start the painful chore of making my own list when I found yours!

I have to credit frugal yakima mom Jaime for directing me to this website.

Thank you so much Meri for making my coupon saving journey that much easier!

Just wanted to let you know that I am back from vacation (it was wonderful, and we just missed the earthquake and the hurricane!), and am working on getting caught up on the lists. I hope to be done today or tomorrow!
