I ordered this anyway and added enough stuff to my cart to make it $20 to get free shipping (there were banners advertising free shipping on any orders over $20). Well, I just got an email saying they won’t complete my order unless I agree to $9.95 shipping even though I hit the free shipping threshold! Not happy with Staples…

Update: I just called and they put my order through. She was really nice and wasn’t sure why I got the email since my order total was over $20!
