I recieved this great email today from Jen, who has attended one of my free coupon classes. Thanks for these great tips, Jen!
I went to town today armed with my Albie’s list. Got there and the store manager happened to be standing up by the display of Kraft products that are on sale. He asks me if I would like some more coupons that go with the Kraft deal. Duh? Yeah! So he goes in the back and gets me a booklet full of coupons (with two $20 rebates in them) and about five more coupons that go along with the Kraft sale! He said he always has extra coupons and so I told him I’d be asking for him when I came in. He asked the next lady that came in right behind me too! I probably saved an extra $5 (at least) off the coupons he gave me alone. And to think I don’t usually go in that door; I usually go in the other one! (This was the one on Lee in Richland.)
Plus, I was buying the Kraft singles (cheese slices) and instead of being 2/$5 the sign said $1.49. I asked the guy standing there and he said they kept getting shipments of it so they had to reduce the price to move it along faster. And it still qualified for the deal ($25 Kraft rebate). So not only did I use my coupon on it, I also bought up a few more for good measure.
Just thought I would pass these along to you guys in case you happen to be going in the next few days or anything. I think I’m so stocked right now, that I have no room to buy anything else. I know that as far as snacks go, my kids’ lunch bags will not be hurting.
Thanks so much for inviting me to the coupon class (Jamie) and teaching it (Karrie). Hope that helps!
