4/23 Earth, Exploration, Education, Experience is being held at Hood Park in Burbank. 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, admission is free for this event. 4/8 Columbia River Cowboy Gathering and Music Festival, held at the Benton County Fairgrounds. Starts Friday at noon, Saturday at 9:00 am and evening concerts start at 5:30 PM. 4/16 Shoe Sale, the Sexual Assault Response Center is hold a shoe sale. All new shoes have been donated and priced at $10.00 and proceeds will benefit the center. The sale is being held at the Lord of Life Lutheran Church 640 North Columbia Center Blvd in Kennewick. Sale starts at 10:00 am.
4/21 Easter Eggstravaganza held at Keewaydin Park in Kennewick. Children’s prices are $6.00 for residents and $9.00 for non-residents. Egg coloring and an easter egg hunt will be held. Mid Columbia Gymnastics has open gym everyday. Mon, wed and Fri at their larger location on Fowler and tues and Thurs at their smaller cheer gym on Gage. It’s $5 over 18 months but under is free. (Thanks Patricia!)

Spring starts lots of tastings being held at wineries; make sure to visit the websites to see special events being held at each one. In particular Spring Barrel Tasting starts 4/15-4/17.
