Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats

Simple Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats are perfect for a healthy breakfast!

– 1 cup Quaker® Old Fashioned Oats – 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder – 1 tsp vanilla – 2 tbsp vanilla Greek yogurt – 1 cup milk – 3 tsp brown sugar – 1 tsp cinnamon – pinch salt

– 1 oz softened cream cheese – 1 tsp cinnamon – 1 tsp powdered sugar – 3/4 tsp milk

Start out with a container of your choice. I always use a mason jar because I always have them on hand and I feel kind of special eating my breakfast out of it!

Add the vanilla protein powder, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla Greek yogurt, milk, vanilla and a pinch of salt to bring out the flavor. Mix that together.

Pour in the Quaker® Old Fashioned Oats into the liquid mixture and mix until it is well combined.

Put the container in the refrigerator overnight so the cinnamon and brown sugar can melt into the Quaker® Oats.

To get that authentic cinnamon roll taste you have to have the frosting! This could be left off but I think it’s the perfect swirl of flavor into the cinnamon oatmeal.
