CRÈME DE MENTHE FROSTING
– 3/4 cup chocolate chips melted
FROSTING IINGREDIENTS:
– 4 cups powdered sugar sifted
– 1/2 cup butter softened
– 1/4 cup half-and-half
– 1/4 cup green Crème de Menthe Torani syrup
– 1 cup walnuts
Mix the remaining brownie ingredients in and bake at 350 degrees (F) for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick poked into the center comes out clean with no batter stuck to it.
Drizzle melted chocolate over a frosting layer of brownies. The chocolate will harden on contact with the cooled frosting layer so you will want to cut bars immediately.
