Homemade Honey Oat Bread

– Flour – Oats – Instant yeast – Salt – Milk – Water – Unsalted butter – Honey

All you need is:

In your stand mixer or in a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, flour, yeast and salt.

Add the liquid mixture to the dry mixture until it comes together to form a dough.

Shape your loaf and place it into a 9×5 loaf pan. Cover with a towel and allow to rise until doubled.

When your loaf is raised to double the size, heat up your honey and spread a nice layer over the top. Sprinkle oats on top. Bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes.

Remove from the pan and cool completely before eating.
