  • 1/4 cup fat free half n half or 1% milk
  • 2 Tbsp Creamy Peanut butter
  • 2 tsp Cocoa Powder or 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder my low calorie blend, after workout
  • 1 Ripe banana optional
  • ice
