- 10-15 apples (Granny Smith Braeburn, Fuji, Golden Delicious, Jonathan, Jonagold, Lady, or McIntosh)
- 2 11 oz bags of Kraft caramel bits
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- White Chocolate Chips
- Sugar
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
Put stick in apple. ( I used skewers)
If your apples have wax on them, dip them in boiling water first, then wipe them with a dry cloth.
Mix sugar, cinnamon, and a little nutmeg in a small dish to make the Apple Pie Spice and set aside. (I didn't measure so I would just go off of your own preference. I do have to say that this really added a lot to the apples.)
Melt over low heat caramel bits, butter and sweetened condensed milk.
Once completely melted, take off stove and dip apples. ( I used a fondue pot and it worked great!)
Put the the dipped apples on a piece of buttered foil.
After the caramel cools, melt white chocolate and drizzle it over the top of the apples.
Then sprinkle with apple pie spice.
