Preheat oven to 350°F.
Beat together softened cream cheese, pizza sauce, garlic, oregano, and pepper until smooth.
Fold in half of the mozzarella cheese and all of the parmesan cheese, and set aside.
Roll out pizza dough onto floured surface, cut in half longways, and then cut the opposite way to make 10 equal sized strips.
Gently fold each strip into a single loose knot, and arrange around the edge of a pie pan, leaving 1/2 inch of space between each one.
Scoop your cheese mixture and drop into the middle of your pie pan, fully covering the bottom and filling to the top.
Sprinkle the rest of your cheese on top, and arrange pepperonis on top of that.
Brush butter on your dough, and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
