- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 3 tbsp blueberries
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsps swerve
- 2 eggs
Heat waffle maker.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Using a non-stick spray, coat waffle maker before placing batter inside.
When chaffles are done, add blueberries or toppings of choice.
The batter will make 4 mini chaffles, you can use an ice cream scoop for measurement or about ¼ cup. Just make sure not to overfill the waffle maker. Scoop 1 cup batter for Belgian style.
To Freeze: Place your frozen chaffles into a freezer bag with a piece of parchment paper between each one to ensure they don’t freeze together. You can reheat them in the microwave, air fryer or the toaster.
Spray. A quick spray of non-stick spray and they should come out cleanly and effortlessly.
Serving. The batter will make a total of 4 mini chaffles. Feel free to double up the recipe for more deliciously keto goodness!
Measure. You can use an ice cream scoop for measurement. Each chaffle takes about ¼ cup of batter. Just make sure not to overfill the waffle maker.
Waffle Maker. This recipe works best with a mini waffle maker, but you can get away with a standard sized waffle maker. You’ll just have to use 1 cup batter per chaffle.
