Teriyaki Beef and Broccoli

Takeout may seem simple but you know what’s even easier? My beef and broccoli teriyaki freezer meal! Smothered in homemade teriyaki sauce.

To make this dish, all you need to do is slice up the steak, then toss in cornstarch and bag up.

Then chop up some fresh broccoli or even easier – use frozen broccoli florets!

Make your sauce ahead of time as well and bag it up and you’re ready to go! Couldn’t be easier!

This beef and broccoli teriyaki freezes perfectly and cooks right to perfection in a nonstick pan or wok when you’re ready to dig in!

You can safely store it in your freezer for about 3 – 4 months. As always, reminder to make sure you put a date on the bag if you don’t plan on eating it soon.

I usually make some rice to go along with it. You could also try serving it on top of quinoa or with a salad if you want to keep the meal completely gluten free.
