Ingredients

  • 4 lb Boneless Beef Roast chuck or round roast
  • 2 Cans Beef Consumme

Instructions

  • Place roast beef into your slow cooker.
  • Pour beef consumme over roast beef.
  • Cook on high 4 hours or on low 6-8 hours.
  • Once roast beef has cooked, remove from slow cooker with tongs. Break apart lightly with two forks.
  • Separate fat from beef au jus leftover in crockpot.
  • Serve with buns, dip sandwiches in au jus.
