If you have been couponing for long you know how quickly your FREE toiletries can pile up. But where to store them all?
Here is a look into what I do for all my toiletries. A while ago I went throughout the house and found all the little plastic drawer bins that I was not using and put them all into a spare closet I have. {I did at the time have to go out and buy the largest one for $15 at Walmart. } Then I put each toiletry item in is own bin/drawer.
Some of the bins I have are as follows:
Deodorants {Both Mens & Womens} – this drawer is getting ridiculous..need to donate soon.
Soaps
Shampoos
Conditioners
Mouthwash
BodyWash
Eye {Contact, eye drops} & Chapsticks in one
Hair Stylers
Razors & Shaving Creams
Feminine Supplies
Candles & Smelly stuff
Lotions
I have a bin above that you cant see for Kleenex & one for Special Gifts{like for baby showers}
And the last one is for Random items or donate items.
This is what I do and it sure makes it a lot easier to find these items when I run out. I would love to hear how you organize all your couponing toiletries!! Please share!
Here is another organization idea for you to read about: Organizing my junk drawer.

I store things in my closets in the kids room. They are not real fond of that.

For all you ladies that have extras I know of a great place to donate your overflow (if you have one). The Tri-City food bank only uses their cash reserve to purchase food they need to give out and they do not purchase non food items ie. soaps, deodorant, toothbrush/paste and even baby lotions etc.. Once they are out of what is donated they are out. So sometimes they are looking for these items to distribute however they will not purchase these items. I had extra shampoo and conditioner and they were really grateful.

Wow, quite a stash you have there! Looks like a women’s or homeless shelter could really benefit from your supply. I love to pass on my freebies to those who need them more than me.

Thank you so much for post this…I’ve been at a loss for ideas on how to store stuff. Sometimes the most obvious things aren’t so obvious! (to me anyway! 🙂 )

This is one of my favorite things about coming to your house…(besides spending time with you ofcourse 🙂 ) Its like going to a hotel. I find myself purposley leaving my toothbrush at home, just so I can go through your cool drawers. Its sad, I know.

We added shelves to my daughter’s closet. There are various boxes on the shelves containing all the free junk I accumulate! Some boxes are basic: mouth/dental, deodorant, hair, first aid, etc. Some boxes are more complicated with all sorts of items: eye drops, cough medicine, cough drops, candles-for those boxes I have a list of what is in the box. So when we run out of cough medicine, I know I can find it in the huge huggies box. I do like the clear drawers-you can SEE what is inside-but I am too cheap to buy them:(

I put the month/year on what I buy so that I use up the older ones first. I also periodically check for expiring products.

Very nice! My hubby put up shelves in the laundry room for my toiletries but I think I will add some drawers like yours since all of it doesn’t sit nicely on a shelf.
I couldn’t help but notice all of the bar soap you have. We are bar users too but since couponing (started in May) I have only been able to find body wash for awesome deals. I really miss my bar soap. I must know where you get your deals on it. 🙂
