With Father’s Day right around the corner, it was time to come up with something to give the father of my children and also my own father. Let face it father’s play a huge role in every single persons life whether it be for good or for bad they are crucial in all of our lives. I loved this saying because I feel like it nailed it right on the head. To the world you are dad, to your family you are the world.
In fact this last week I signed up to volunteer in my sons class, as I was talking to my husband I let him know he could go in place of me if he would like. It was all over from there my son overheard us and let his dad know that he would really like him to come. As sad as it was that my 6 year old son thought his dad was cooler than his mom, it was also a very tender and cool moment to think that he had such a great love for his dad that he wanted him there. My children are blessed to have great dad in their lives.
