Let the Twi-fans Unite

If you were wondering about my lack of posts Wed-Friday..its because I was out of town! In a house with lacking internet..  I took a little trip to Boise where my sister Ashleigh lives. She and I had planned a really cool Twilight New Moon Party and we had a blast.  Yes, I am a total Twi-Nerd. I know there are a lot of  twilight fans out there so I wanted to share our party details.  We seriously had sooo much fun. We tried to save money on this party while planning it..so we took advantage of the dollar store and coupon sales.

Invites:

First I created these little invitations a month or so ago and we mailed them all out. Was inspired here. I just downloaded the Twilight font for free.

The Decorations:

First off the entry way..when everyone came in they went through this pretty entry. Used red curtains.

Ashleigh spent a lot of time decorating this cute table and her home. She printed out free word art/cool pictures and framed them throughout the house. White lights, red, black and white decorations..it turned out so nice.

Food: Dinner of course was an Italian theme: Ravioli, Italian salad, breadsticks. Ashleigh was the chef. We had chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate covered pomegranates, and pop bottles covered in these cute  free printable covers on a snack table. A Bella cake was made (looked much better in real life). We also had italian sodas. mmmm. Here is Chef Rosalie..er  I mean Ashleigh making Italiano.

Games
We played Twilight Jeopardy which was a total BLAST!!! We played it in two teams..the questions were pretty tough.

But everyone loved playing it.

After that game we played “Edward” game. We each had to pick up a bag of potatoes, and say ” You really shouldnt have said that or Hold on tight spider monkey” Then run and touch two posters and come back. We were each timed on our speed. The winner won a little bag with some of my free deodorant, body wash and a razor..since we just worked up a sweat(heehee). Yes, I was really excited about this one..lol.

After those two games, we sat down to watch Twilight the DVD and soak our feet. We had some red,black and white toe nail polish to decorate our toes during the movie. Relaxin time.

And last we went to the midnight premiere. Can you believe the theatre we went to was “Edwards Cinema!” Here is my silly sister Ash jumping for joy for Edward!

Beware: this is the girl I am going to have help me on my website here soon. I have been a little overwhelmed with all the deals and wanted some help, so she is going to do some hot deal posts in the near future. Be warned..she is ,well…we will let the picture here tell you how she is. Let me just say..you have been warned. 🙂

Here are all the Lovely Twilighter party ladies..they were all so fun!

It was a super fun night, a bunch of fun gals to party twilight style with. Also I LOVED New Moon..much better done than Twilight. I cant wait to own this movie!
