This time of year it seems that everyone is getting sick! I am so tired of it. Two of my kiddos were sick on Christmas day, and it made me so sad. My oldest who is six continually would ask for cough drops and chicken noodle soup. That’s what makes her feel better when she is sick. So this week when one of my friends posted on facebook that she was a little under the weather, I knew just what I needed to do. I found this mug at the dollar store and added a can of soup, a dinner roll, and some cough drops 🙂 . I also threw in the adorable wooden spoon which I ordered here.
We delivered it to her later that day and she almost started to cry… of course the watery eyes could have been from the cold, but I am telling myself it was because she was so touched. 😉
Here is the little tag I created for this gift. Feel free to download it and make some of these get well gifts for some of your friends who may be feeling a little under the weather.

Hi! Love the printable “Sorry you’re not feeling well.” I subscribe to the newsletter, but didn’t see the link. I use gmail and the message gets “clipped” in my inbox. When I select “view entire message” it opens in another window, but I still didn’t see where to get the link. Am I doing something wrong?

It’s at the very top of the newsletter. Even before all the deals even begin. Look at the top!
