If you have a baby and just don’t seem to have enough bibs, then here is a super quick and thrifty way to make some.
Just take a Toddlers sized T-Shirt (I used size 3-4) and cut out a bib from it. Sew the edges if you would like it to look nice and voila! You have a quick and thrifty bib.
You can find really inexpensive T-Shirts at Yard Sales, Thrift Stores or just go through some of your older kids old shirts. Great way to recycle those shirts that look really nice but get a stain.
Step 1: Press the shirt (just makes cutting the layers easier…)
Step 2: Cut the shirt in to a bib shape.
Step 3: Turn the material under and sew the edges! If you don’t sew and don’t care how it looks you can for the no-sew look. The bib will still do it’s job without looking pretty.
If you don’t have a baby, you could use this trick to just make some homemade baby gifts out of new shirts as well!

I was thinking of buying the dishtowel ones off of etsy that are a little pricey but I think these will work just fine.
