Swimsuit season is right around the corner guys! I love the warm weather and all the fun that summer has to offer, but shopping for a swimsuit can be so hard sometimes!  I have serious swimsuit issues every year. I feel like it can be so hard to find a modest suit that is also flattering. I either look like an old lady or a 10 year old little girl. Not. Good. There is a fine line people…. a very fine line. The perfect stylish and modest swimsuit does exist though, you just have to look around. I have some awesome recommendations for you.

Over the years I have found that being confident in my swimsuit is very important. Find colors that look good on you and that will make you feel good. If you hate your legs, get a cute skirt to go with it. Most modest swimsuit websites have shorts or skirts, and some even have swim bottoms with a tummy tuck panel (which is a personal favorite of mine). I have found that it’s almost always worth it to pay a little more for a bathing suit.  The cheaper suits don’t tend to last, and seem to stretch out very quickly. Nothing’s worse than your husband whispering in your ear that your swimsuit bottoms are stretched thin and everyone can see your butt when the sunlight hits it  just right. That has happened to me one too many times. I have purchased Downeast, Hapari, Lime Ricki, and Rey swimwear swimsuits and I love the quality of fabric on all of these! My new favorite is Rey Swimwear! I got my first suit from them last year and the fabric is high quality, covers me in all the right places, and is super comfortable.

Rey Swimwear Atlantis Swimsuit
Isn’t this a great suit?  I have last years version of this one and I love it! I love that the bow is removable, and the high waisted bottoms are totally in right now.  Such a cute modest swimsuit that definitely makes a statement.

Next Lined Double Up Tankini Top
This suit is so cool.  Not your average suit, which makes it so very interesting.  I love the blousy tank that is over the adorable striped top.

 

Beverly Swimwear Suit 
This is probably one of my favorite colors of all time.  Such a lovely suit, and flattering too.  This suit is a little retro, which is popular right now.  Bring out your inner ‘Jackie O’ while wearing this bathing suit.

Hapari Lemon Swim Top
This almost looks like a workout shirt, but it’s a bathing suit.  So stylish, yet so pretty.  Love the yellow color in this suit!

Hapari Hibiscus Tankini Swimsuit 
I love a hibiscus on a bathing suit.  If you usually like a black suit, this is nice because it gives it a little dimension, and spices up that normal black suit that we all love.

The pop of red on this suit is so perfect.  It’s not too much, but sure makes it pretty.

Such a beautiful suit that will make you feel gorgeous while you soak up some rays.  The subtle ruffles in the front are such a great touch.  Love it!

Not only do I love this color, but they put the rouching in the exact spot we all could use a little disguise.  So perfect!

Albion Fit Strawberry Daiquiri Swimsuit
This might be my favorite suit.  I love the ruffles, and I’m surely a sucker for anything that is named Strawberry Daiquiri.  I think I would be wearing this one year after year.

Feel like you are wearing a beautiful dress, yet you can sit by the pool and relax.  I love the design of the flowing top, yet gathers in the middle as well.  Wait till you see the straps in the back!  You will love those too.

I really like the yellow accents on this suit.  Although it’s great to have a black suit, I love the color accents that make this one different than most.

I have a thing for ruffles.  This is a great suit and it might just hide what you don’t necessarily want to be seen.  Love it!

I love the color on the side of this pretty bathing suit.  A subtle color with a  little ruching never hurt anyone.

Walmart Slim Suit
There are a lot of color choices with this suit, but the red is my favorite.

Walmart Danskin Now Sporty Swimsuit
Great suit at a great price.  Simple as that.  Flattering, and I love the color combination.
