Enjoy all the seasons and stay allergy-free with this Allergy Relief Balm.

Ahh, yes, Spring is in the air with the warmer temperatures, pretty green plants sprouting up, and allergies. Yep, with one of the prettiest times of the year is also one of the worst times of the year for many who suffer from allergies…like ME!. I’m one of those sufferers!  Which is why I had to share this Allergy Relief Balm with you!

This year has been the worst for me too. I have been sneezing like crazy all day long! And while I love being outside,  my nose and sinuses do not, mainly during this spring time of year. All those plants are sprouting up and pollen is flying around like little fairies. It is so very pretty but also so very itchy.

My poor child’s allergies seem to act up during the rainy seasons, and she too has found this Allergy Relief Balm to be quite helpful. So, really, no matter the season, no matter the allergy, this balm is bound to sooth what ails ya.

One of the best things I’ve ever used for my allergies is lavender essential oil. When you mix it with lemon essential oil, it’s like you’ve gone to a magical land of less or hardly any sneezing or sniffles. They work quickly and often times without you even noticing. That’s why I used both in this Allergy Relief Balm.

This balm will be your favorite allergy aid! Here’s how you make it.

Fill a small boiling pot halfway full and place on stove at medium heat.

In a glass wide-mouth jar or glass measuring cup, place everything except both your essential oils.

Allow to slowly melt, stirring occasionally. It should take about ten minutes for everything to melt and the bees wax will be the last to finish up.

Once liquefied, remove pot from heat and add your essential oils. Give a quick stir.

Pour into a container with a lid and store covered in-between uses.

Note: If you want to use this to also combat bugs, add in about 5-7 drops of peppermint essential oil as well.

Then just rub some on your chest and bottoms of feet for relief.
