If you’re a busy mom, juggling kid’s activities on top of work, on top of housework, on top of bills… the list goes on… and you haven’t heard of freezer meals yet, I’m about to change your whole world!
I’m all about convenience here, and love recipes that require little prep work – life gets busy so these recipes were made with you in mind! These kid friendly make ahead freezer meals are great for your slow cooker, crock pot, or instant pot. They’re quick, easy, and hearty.
Don’t get these confused with the traditional store bought frozen meals you’re used to. These homemade, kid friendly meals are nothing like that. These are healthy, filling, delicious, hearty, homemade meals that just happen to be perfect for freezing.

This was such a good list! I often think the kid friendly things look so gross and just aren’t really healthy or wholesome. But this is all stuff I would eat too! I got several ideas off this list that I think my picky eaters (and myself) will enjoy.
